As founder and President, Shmuel is responsible for setting corporate vision and strategy, overall management and business leadership of Panda TS. Executing this vision includes continual innovation of the company's products and services while ensuring customer success.
Mr. Gutman brings in depth industry knowledge of more than 10 years in business development and financial activities involving client implementation and technical consulting expertise. Maor Lahav - Chief Operations officer
Maor Lahav is a seasoned financial technology executive with more than 8 years experience in quantitative finance & information technology. Prior to Panda, Maor hold position as R&D Manager for an algorithmic trading house. He started his career as a young algorithm trader in the 90s, and one of his primary expertises is the large scale high performance systems arena, infrastructure built out, web applications and engineering for high frequency & low latency trading environments.

Shay Farber - Head Of Development
Shay has a strong technical background in software implementation. He works with Panda TS customers to ensure successful deployments. Shay brings more than 8 years experience in providing infrastructure and application solutions. One of his main activities is to ensure the continued delivery of innovation and execution excellence to a broad range of customers.
Shay is specialized in information systems engineering for trading technologies related such as server side technology, back office applications, liquidity connections to high frequency trading systems and much more.
